Hello! My name is Emily and I am proud to be serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Heartfelt Connections. I delegate all internal tasks and make sure that our team is staying on track to meet our target goals. I am so excited to be a part of this journey and cannot wait to see what we will achieve together. In my free time, I enjoy baking and spending quality time with my loved ones. I am also a HUGE foodie and love trying out new eats!

Hello my name is Gina Huang! I’m the Chief Financial Officer at Heartfelt Connections. I’m responsible for all things financial if it wasn’t obvious for the name. I’m so excited to be apart of this amazing nonprofit and see what we can accomplish. Some things I do in my free time include playing the piano, playing games as well as crocheting. 

Hi, my name is Denny Huang and I’m the CEO of Heartfelt Connections. I am part of the operations team of Heartfelt Connections. As one of the co-founders I want to strive to create fun and memorable experiences for kids in hospitals. Outside of this organization, Denny participates in debate and investment clubs. During my free time, I enjoy playing the drums and electric guitar. 

Hi! My name is William Shih, as the Chief Technology Officer, my team and I are in charge of this website you're reading this on right now. In my free time I love to play trombone, learn new languages, and drink Arizonas (mango is the best flavor). I hope to accomplish a lot with the amazing people here at Heartfelt Connections. 

Greetings! My name is Darren and I am the Marketing Chief for Heartfelt Connections. I am passionate about graphic designing and I am planning to pursue my STEM interest in college. One of my favorite quotes is: “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts" by Winston S. Churchill. Lastly, here is a quick joke: Why did the scarecrow win an award? Because he was outstanding in his field! :)

Nora Han is the Secretary and a rising junior at Syosset High School. She records meeting details and volunteer hours, as well as works to assist communications between teams. She is interested in STEM and loves music, reading, games, and spending time with family and friends.

Hello! My name’s Hao Xuan, though I prefer to be called Hao. I enjoy swimming and practicing taekwondo. As Vice President of Communications, I am responsible for all communications with external organizations and entities, as well as for making new connections and maintaining track of all connections with other organizations. I also frequently collaborate with the Marketing Team regarding social media communications and news.

Hi! My name is Izzy and I am proud to represent Hearfelt Connections as the Vice President of Finance. I work closely with my team to manage and report this organization’s finances. In my free time, I enjoy going on walks, watching movies, and spending time with family/friends. I can’t wait to see what amazing things we accomplish together as an organization! 

Inon Azour is the Chief of Fundraising at Heartfelt Connections, a newly established student-led nonprofit. With extensive experience in the financial field, Inon specializes in financial management and uses this expertise to drive impactful fundraising initiatives.

By focusing on making a tangible impact through financial innovation, Inon has been able to put his financial knowledge to good use. Inon's strengths have already garnered recognition for innovative efforts and dedication to the cause at his own nonprofit, Shuva Israel & RYP, and while working as a research assistant at Binghamton University. Inon may spend his days at Heartfelt Connections, but it’s the joy of seeing the positive difference made through effective fundraising strategies that gets him up in the morning.

When not at Heartfelt Connections, Inon is an avid debater and loves studying financial management, preparing for a future career in law.

Hi, my name is Brian. I'm part of the HFC tech team and I have a passion for computer hardware; I've been building and fixing computers for half a decade. I also love music, drumming, soccer, basketball, video editing, and going to the gym.

Hi! My name is Nicole and I’m the Chief of Web Design. I'm part of the tech team that is in charge of this website you see here. I love strawberry ice cream and cookies and cream is a close second. I enjoy reading, hanging out with my friends, and listening to music. My favorite artists are Black Pink.

Hi! My name is Queenie and I am happy to be part of Heartfelt Connections serving as the President of Media. I am interested in pursuing a career in the medical field in the future. In my free time, I like to binge watch a good show and go shopping with friends.

Hi everyone, My name is Alison Lin and I’m the Chief of Graphic Design at Heartfelt connections. When I was younger I was constantly in hospitals or at the doctor's office because I was an ill child. I joined this organization because I want to make a tangible impact for other kids with experiences like mine.  In school I am part of my Speech and Debate team as well as the Young Women’s Forum. In both activities I like to discuss the issues I care about and inform other people about them. In my free time I enjoy reading, watching movies and tv shows, and creating art.

My name is Joseph Kogan and I am the Editor in Chief at Heartfelt Connections. I attend George W. Hewlett High School, and I enjoy classes in the science realm. I also partake in a variety of hobbies like chess, tennis, and basketball; I like to say I am a jack of all trades, but a master of none. Furthermore, I have a fond interest in helping the unfortunate and brightening a day.

Hi my name is James Gong and I’m currently a rising senior. I love playing all types of sport and especially love to play video games on my free time. I am currently an officer at the flushing branch and I am delighted to welcome anyone that is considering to join heartfelt connections.

I’m a rising senior at the Bronx High School of Science. I’m a resident of Flushing, Queens and the VP of Strategy for HeartFelt Connections. I am pursuing mathematics and teaching as a career. In that pursuit, I’ve taken many opportunities at cram schools to tutor or teach a class of students as young as in elementary school to as old as high school. My hobbies mostly pertain to video games and photography but I very much enjoy playing badminton when I’m given the opportunity. I love being part of a community as I’m a very gregarious person. I also deeply admire the beauty of nature and adore seafood.
