“At least one in every 10 kids under the age of 14 live with a chronic health condition”, says Sherry Landow at the University of New South Wales. For reference, this equates to an estimated 200 million children suffering.

Therefore, we individuals have come together to form the organization, Heartfelt Connections. The organization has become with the purpose of raising awareness to children suffering from illness, who unfortunately cannot exercise the privilege of living a normal life. Together, alongside our soon-to-be community, we hope we can assist in the improvement and accommodation of these childrens’ lives, so they can adequately live a healthy life.
